Egg fried in sunflower oil, poached egg, scrambled egg, English best back bacon, Cumberland sausage, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, fried bread, and black pudding

Omelette with a choice of ham, cheese and mushrooms
Scrambled egg with salmon
Grilled buttered smoked kippers

Vegetarian Options

Egg fried in sunflower oil, poached egg, scrambled egg, baked beans, mushrooms, grilled tomato, vegetarian sausage and fried bread
Coffee, selection of teas
Brown and white toast, high quality preserves, honey and marmite
