Having stayed a few months ago we have just been again to make sure that the rooms,, ambience, food and attention to detail was as good as we had first experienced. We were not disappointed.
The family think of everything. Unfortunately, the huge number of guests who are repeaters is making its mark as to book into the hotel is getting more difficult. Nevertheless, we can do no more than wish Gary, Donna and Adam continued success.- Brian J, Stockport
We had 3 days of excellent walking in unbroken sunshine and a splendid stay at this superb hotel. Very comfortable rooms – outstanding food and warm, friendly and efficient service. This was our second visit to Hazel Bank and we were delighted to see that that the owner’s exacting standards had been fully maintained. We look forward with keen anticipation to our next visit.- Michael & Annette, Tenterden
We stayed for 4 nights and loved the beautiful grounds, well appointed room, peaceful surroundings, wildlife sightings, and last but not least, the amazing food and wine selection! Gary is a perfect host – he, his family and other guests made us feel very welcome. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. We had never visited the Lake District before and this lovely hotel was the perfect place to stay.- Debbie O, Garden Valley, California
