• All baths have a shower over the bath(except “Castle Crag” ground floor room with walk-in Shower)
• No Pets allowed,Other than service/guide dogs with specific skills.ESA dogs are not allowed.
• Sorry no children under the age of 16.
• Check-in is from 3.00pm at the earliest. Check out before 10:30 am. , we can allow early check-ins by prior arrangement.
• Please book dinner in ADVANCE of arrival as we only cater for pre-booked dinners.
• Please notify us of any allergies, as dinner is a SET 4 course meal.

Payment Policy

A £100 non-refundable per room deposit will be taken from the card details provided, a confirmation email will follow to confirm the booking. The final balance must be paid on departure to include accommodation, dining, drinks and any other purchases made in the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival: Loss of deposit.

2 and 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% loss of stay.

2 weeks prior to arrival, no show and early departure: 100% loss of the cost of the stay.

NB: Deposits taken are non-refundable and non-transferable

No cancellation fee, apart from the loss of the deposit (£100). We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
