- Please book dinner in ADVANCE of arrival as we only cater for pre-booked dinners.
- Please notify us of any allergies, as dinner is a SET 4 course meal.
Payment Policy
A £100 non-refundable per room deposit will be taken from the card details provided, a confirmation email will follow to confirm the booking. The final balance must be paid on departure to include accommodation, dining, drinks and any other purchases made in the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival: Loss of deposit.
2 and 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% loss of stay.
2 weeks prior to arrival, no show and early departure: 100% loss of the cost of the stay.
NB: Deposits taken are non-refundable and non-transferable
No cancellation fee, apart from the loss of the deposit (£75). We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
